Abstract

The revised Company Law has been officially implemented. How to effectively conduct the "Company Law" course teaching activities, during the transitional period between the old and new legal frameworks, presents a significant challenge for law educators in higher education institutions. This paper explores teaching practices of the "Company Law" course in the context of the revised Company Law, and attempts to put forward improvement suggestions for the main problems existing in the current teaching process of the "Company Law" course, such as the need for deeper understanding of the revised law, further strengthening of ideological and political education within the course, optimization of the classroom teaching design, and more effective application of artificial intelligence technologies in pedagogy. This study aims to make a modest contribution to the development and refinement of the "Company Law" course teaching activities, and to lay a foundation for the cultivation of legal practitioners who are equipped with both moral integrity and professional competence.
