Abstract

Modern enterprises all focus on cost control, operational efficiency, and optimized services. Logistics management plays a very important role in enterprise management. The warehousing and distribution logistics process is the most important component of production enterprise logistics, and the level of warehousing and distribution in production enterprises directly affects their competitiveness. This article takes the transportation and distribution management of SF Express as the research object, starting from analyzing the current situation of SF Express's distribution and warehousing of goods, to discover the problems of warehousing and distribution in modern enterprises and the solutions to these problems, in order to improve the operation mode of warehousing and distribution in modern enterprises and save costs.
