Survey and research on self-cognition and career planning of college students under the guidance of MBTI

Abstract

With the national college students as the research objective, the current college students’ self-cognition is not enough, and they can not find the right job to investigate, on this basis with MBTI as a supplementary tool to investigate and research, through the questionnaire test, investigated 1015 college students from different regions, for different personality categories to investigate different types of work. In this way, the special influence of MBTI on college students' self-cognition and career planning can be obtained.
