Abstract
This article proposes a system for automatic calibration of general-purpose digital oscilloscopes using MATLAB software. The computer system is connected to the oscilloscope calibrator 9500B through a GPIB interface card, and the digital oscilloscope interface is connected through a USB cable. The control program is written using SCPI instructions, and ten functions are measured and verified item by item. After the test is completed, the test data is output to complete the automatic verification process. This system is optimized to address the limitations of existing oscilloscope calibration systems on the market, which helps to improve the efficiency and accuracy of oscilloscope calibration.
